How We Work

We are all faculty of Amadeus Conservatory of Music, and are seasoned professionals with a beautiful sound.

We pride ourselves on tailoring the music to your specific tastes to make your wedding truly special. The way we work is that we play for 20 minutes as your wedding guests arrive at your venue and are being seated. For this we play Mozart, Handel, and Bach, and it creates a beautiful ambiance for your guests.
For the Ceremony, you will choose, from our playlist on our website, a song for the Mothers/Bridesmaids/Friends Processional, the Bridal or Grooms Processional, and the Recessional. There is a short film on our website under “Watch our video”  that you may want to view. It shows us playing for a wedding ceremony and outdoor cocktail hour.

In addition, there are many audio excerpts that you can listen to under the  “Our music” tab to get an idea of our sound and approach.

For the Cocktail Hour, we switch gears and play a combination of popular music like Viva la Vida, Beatles songs including such as Penny Lane, Here, There, Everywhere, Octopus’s Garden, All You Need is Love, Broadway including West Side Story, Phantom of the Opera, etc., Somewhere Over the Rainbow, and Beautiful Day by U2, Green Day, Coldplay, The Rolling Stones, Jazz, Gershwin, Cole Porter, Operetta, Tangos, Waltzes. People really love this, as they know the songs. If you would like a special song that is not on our extensive playlist, we can have it arranged.

We arrive in black tie, early, and only need three or four chairs without arms set up in advance, in the front or on the rear side of your venue. Then for the Cocktail Hour we also need chairs without arms set up in advance, in a location away from the food traffic.

We can also add on a trumpet or singer to the string quartet, which is spectacular for a ceremony, and the quartet with trumpet is fantastic for a cocktail hour as well.
